— No. These terms are used interchangeably to describe an all inclusive apartment.

We will need to continually rent a corporate apartment. Can you handle corporate accounts?

— Absolutely. We are able to satisfy ongoing temporary housing, short- or long-term. No account is too small or too large.

How long are your lease terms?

— We offer a selection of lease term options from three to twelve months and some availability on leases as short as thirty to sixty days.

Are your corporate apartments clean and up to date?

— Clean and comfortable are accurate descriptions of our corporate apartments.

Can I pay with my credit card? How about billing my company?

— Yes. We require a credit card for the initial fees and deposit. After approval, we can direct bill companies for the monthly rent or use the credit card provided.

I Enjoy working out and swimming. Is there a corporate apartment for rent with access to these amenities?

— Yes. In fact, most of our temporary corporate apartments have access to both a pool and fitness center.
